The education system in the Mekong Delta faces significant challenges, hindering the potential of countless children. Limited access to quality education, inadequate resources, and geographical barriers contribute to a cycle of disadvantage. VEBS is committed to addressing these issues by providing innovative solutions tailored to the unique needs of the region.
Our vision: Floating schools for a brighter future
VEBS envisions a network of floating schools that will bring education directly to underserved communities along the Mekong River. These mobile classrooms will be equipped with essential resources, including solar panels for electricity, laptops, and internet access, creating a dynamic learning environment for children who would otherwise be left behind.
How you can help us to make a difference
Your support can help us realise our vision of floating schools and empower children in the Mekong Delta with the education they deserve. We are seeking funding, trustees, and business donors. Also actively applying for Government Grants, Educational Grants, Public Donations to help us purchase our first boat, transform it into a classroom, and equip it with the necessary resources. We also welcome donations of redundant industry computers to provide laptops for our students.
